Welcome to Care Skills Passport

Care Skills Passport is the online skills management system that helps you establish your current work-based care skills, build a plan to improve them and obtain a relevant qualification if required.

Start by self-assessing your skills against an employer-defined set of competencies that are constantly being reviewed to ensure your skills are always up-to-date. You can set targets, record your existing and newly-gained qualifications and plan your learning. Care Skills Passport will become a complete and ongoing record of your skills and achievements.
