Receiving emails

To give emails automatically generated by the Care Skills Passport system the best chance of getting through, please follow these steps:

1. double check that all email addresses are entered correctly;

2. check your junk email folder regularly and tell your email software to accept emails from us (passportinfo@e-skills.com); and

3. look out for emails from Care Skills Passport so that you don'’t delete them by mistake.
